The Kansas 911 Coordinating Council has partnered with Kansas Chapter of APCO to host the fall conference in Newton, Kansas. Sheriff Doug Ritter, appointed by Governor Kelly, will represent the KSA on the KS911 Coordinating Council. Additionally, he will serve as the Chair of the Expenditure Review Committee.
